North 49 Homes has been producing, homes and renovations, since 1988, exclusively incorporating the Thermal Break Technology design strategy.  Many of these homes and whole home renovations stand as absolute proof to the savings that can be acquired by using this process.  However, it should be understood that strict attention to building procedures within the TBT documentation MUST be adhered to, in order to gain the benefits that are posted on this site.  Therefore, guarantees cannot be provided where any deviations from this procedure occur.  

We reserve the right to:

• Restrict the usage of purchased course material to the purchaser and/or his/her immediate family. 
• Prosecute anyone abusing the copyright of any of the course material presented.
• Limit the amount of online/email or phone assistance offered to the purchasers of course material.
• Not tolerate abusive or offensive behavior at any time.
